Greetings to all! Fingers crossed that you guys are having an awesome Monday because I definitely am!

I know I haven't written anything in like two weeks and I assure you, I weep tears on the inside because of how busy I am. Luckily, I have a few hours to spare today so I'll be putting some posts scheduled for this week :)

As the title suggests, today I will share this article about H&M that I recently found on Styleite.com. You can read about it right here!

H&M has this big project going on that involves opening a chain of retail stores called "& Other Stories" in select European cities. Basically, rather than selling clothing, which they're most known for, these & Other Stories stores will concentrate on the accessories, beauty, and lingerie bits of a woman's wardrobe.

So, needless to say, these stores are going to be targeted at women.

The whole concept behind this chain is about bringing everything a woman can wear into one place because H&M believes that those accessories, beauty items, and lingerie are just as important in an outfit as the clothes. Makes sense.

The chain will launch Spring 2013 so if you're somewhere in Europe, lucky you!

I personally wish they'd bring it over here to America so I can satisfy my curiosity as to what H&M is going to do with these & Other Stories stores.

What do you guys think??

Hello everyone!

I'm here today with a haul (so rare). But literally, this is the first time I've posted anything like this on my blog so hopefully you guys enjoy it? :)

Not trying to brag or blahblahblah. Just want to share the good deals I found today and maybe give some shopping ideas for you guys!

H&M; $9.95
I found this in the boys' section. Total random event but I find that some of their clothes fit better because I have a short upper body. This white button up fits me perfectly, the quality is surprisingly nice (thicker fabric than normal), and for $9.95...definitely give it a try if you're looking for one!

H&M; $10.00
When I first saw this, I wasn't sure what to make of it because it was kind of plain and a little granny-ish but when I tried it on, it looked super awesome. Reminded me of a shift dress but not quite the same.

H&M; $7.00
Absolute steal. I love that it's black and white. Again with the palm trees, I don't know what to say. It's a nice pattern. And funny story but there were several of these skirts in different sizes and mine happened to be the only one with a belt. The shopping gods felt like gracing me today.

H&M; $17.95
I've been on the hunt for good work/interview pants for a while now but didn't want to spend a lot. I already purchased a few from H&M before but they didn't have a zipper in the front or butt pockets so it felt a little awkward to wear with tops tucked in. Is that just me? I felt like my butt was so exposed.

Macy's; Levi's; $14.99
My sister wanted to see if there were any Levi's on sale because they're our favorite brand of jeans/jeggings and Macy's usually has good sales on them. Well...today, there was a rack with a sign that said $24.99 on them and I thought, whoa mad cheap. I scanned it and it turned out to be only $14.99 so you bet I snatched them up quick.

Marshall's; Levi's; $24.99
Yay, haven't bought a decent jean jacket since...I was 10? Haha. Anyway, I was looking to see if I could find any chambray/denim shirts for my sister since she's been wanting one. I spotted this right away since it was a light wash. One touch. One touch and was completely blown away. This denim jacket isn't made of denim but whatever it is, it makes the jacket soft like buttery suede and kind of drapes on my body. I loveee it.

For those of you who are curious (the few of you), these pictures were taken by my sister because her camera is far superior to my Blackberry camera. :)

I hope you guys had a wonderful day! Happy shopping :D

H&M revealed that their new face for the fall campaign is Lana Del Rey!

Nylonmag only shows a couple of pictures of her sporting a mohair sweater and skinny jeans, both in a lovely peach color. Her hair has a bee-hive-esque look with the extra volume at the crown but is worn down.

Full article.

The images are supposed to scream "L.A. noir", according to Donald Schneider, the creative director. Along with this, Lana will be releasing a version of "Blue Velvet" on H&M's Youtube channel so look out for that!

Other than the fact that I love H&M, the reason I even made this short post was to point out the mohair sweater. I have been dying for one because they look ridiculously soft and perfect for fall! Is it a trend? No idea but it could become a staple in my closet, paired with some classic skinny jeans and black flats. Super love.

Until next time,

As far as classics go, the LBD is right at the top of the list, along with denim jeans and nude pumps.

Like anything that you buy, these classics can be found at a wide range of prices so don't worry that you won't be able to find one that works for you!

If you're new to the LBD (and most likely, you aren't), it's basically a black dress that flatters your body shape (usually) and has a design that pairs with most occasions. Some people prefer a more fitting type of dress and others that may be body conscious prefer ones that are bit more flowy.

The fabric of the dress will also determine how versatile the dress is. Satin will give it a dressier and more formal vibe while cotton or polyester will probably tone it down, giving it a more informal look.

I would recommend finding one that is a solid color and not anything patterned. Something subtle would be okay if you're trying to find something a little more unique and suited to your tastes. An example would be a lace trim on the straps or maybe an interesting cut in the back.

Here are a few options if you're looking for one and you're on a budget!

H&M Dress $34.95

H&M Dress $29.95

Forever21 Crisscross Fit & Flare $19.80

Forever21 Solid Shift Dress $22.80

Zara Dress With Frill Around The Waist $49.90

Zara Dress With Elasticated Waist $79.90

Asos Skater Dress With Ballet Wrap $36.45

Asos Summer Dress With Sweetheart Neck $36.45

And there you go! I really hope this post has helped :) Enjoy~

Until next,
{muah!}

H&M shoes have literally blown me away recently. They are just such a great alternative to designer shoes and the more trendier styles floating around.

These in particular caught my eye.

H&M $24.95

Cute, right? I think so.

Until next time,
